I often used to watch BBC Food when it came on TV but every since (at least in Finland) it changed to BBC lifestyle many cooking programs have ended. Anyways I thought I would share some of my favourite chefs with you. I espeically like Laura Calder, a Canadian women who grew up in Paris where she found most of her cooking influence. She uses fresh seasonal ingrediants and cooks classic french dishes with a modern twist that are easy to follow. She has a great program called 'French Food at Home'. Everytime I hear a good receipe, I write it in my cook book so I dont forgot them.

I love Nigella's desserts, they are sinfully sweet! She has a pantry full of goodies brought from around the world, when ever she travels she brings back something delicious. Rachel Allen grew up in Dublin has a great homepage and her cooking is great becuase its practical and simple. Well Jamie and Gordan do not even need an introduction.. All these chefs create a certain atmosphere with their cooking and they all take into considertaion the presentation around their foods.
