| Marisqueria Casa Paco, rosé and lobster, delish! |
Having travelled to Spain all my life, I want to share how their cousine has shaped by own cooking. I love seafood and as they say, simple good ingredianats should not be overpowered with too many flavors. That is why I love the Spanish kitchen. Whenever I travel there, I always bring back local spices which I can enjoy through out all seasons. The fabulous thing in Spain is that food is inexpensive and incredible quality.

Home made grilled scallops are so easy to make. All you have to make is a marinad for them and put them on the grill for a couple of minutes. Here I mixed, oil, parsely, garlic, chili and in the end added a pinch of finger salt. Yum!
