Cloudberry

so I have been on holiday at the summer place for over a week now and its been extremely relaxing- well beside my masters dissertation corrections are getting the best of me. But besides that i've enjoyed the purity of finnish nature, fishing, board games and reading my book in bed after jumping in the lake to enjoy an evening swim. Love it! Mr. N and I went berry picking in the forrest and came accross cloudberries- never seen them in nature but they are rich in vitamin C and have a distinctive taste. I never used to like them when I was younger but these days I quite like its tart taste with bread cheese (leipäjuusto) or in jams. Furthermore, the forrests are filled with blueberries, where ever we walked we came across them and popped them in our mouths. Oh and- I ate a delicious blueberry dish that is super yummy and healthy. Basically you just add blueberries, a little sugar and crushed up rye bread. You mix these all together and serve with cold milk. :) I know, it sounds kind of horrible but it's super good!
