Romantic Sunday Part II

Tapas

After the sightseeing (which can be seen in part I) we decided that we didnt want to go home and slouch around on the couch so Mr. N had a great idea about driving to Porvoo to walk around the old town. We went home to pick up Bella and headed to Bårgo, gamla stan.

I had never been there before and I fell in love with the place immeditely. Its small and idyllic and everyone should go there and experince the tranquil little place. I cant believe that this place was almost demolished in the 19th century, thank god its value was understood! This is part II of our romantic sunday...  

Snail Restaurant

The old town has cute shops, cafés & restaurants and of course the famous one that specializes in snails- we didnt have a chance to go there since Bella was with us, but something tells me that we will return! There is boat that leaves from Helsinki centre square and takes about 3 hours to get to Porvoo and returns back in the evening- this is something we planned to do!

We walked around town for some time and found a small café that serves differnet tapas. We ate an assortment of cheeses, salami and olives. I had glass of wine and enjoyed my honey's company. Bella was also enjoying herself and was relaxed laying on the ground.
