Thursday


Grilled octopus salad and a glass of dry white wine. 
This evening was dedicated to good food followed by an evening spent amongst a dear friend. Its always important to be there for your friends, to listen and let them know you will be there for them, if needed and when times are difficult. Anyways, back to the salad...  I have to share a good brussel sprout tip with you guys- first boil for a couple of minutes to pre-cook them and then place on to a frying pan. To this add olive oil and some shaved garlic and pancetta for a bit of flavour. Then add salt, pepper and nutmeg giving a delicious Christmas field to it.
