Christmas Cheer

The best thing about Christmas Day is the anticipation of waiting for it. With a little bit of re-decorating after a long wait for the sofas ( take into account that they were ordered in September) the interior is beginning to look the way I wanted it to...white... Now all we need is that white Christmas and everything will be perfect! Pre-Christmas mulled wine is the best to get into the Christmas spirits accompanied by traditional star pastries and salty canapes.

Canapes-
This is an easy and quick way to serve eye catching canapes for guests especially if you are restricted by time. I made two types; salmon with radish cream cheese dressing and chives / reindeer creme- fresh mixture with small fig slices. The mixture holders were little dark-bread crackers that had a garlic flavour.
