Back to reality. Our cottage trip was wonderful and its a shame to be back in town after such a nice holiday. Long dinners (come dine with me parties), shows and drinks accompanied major snow! Here are some photos of the remaining trip...
Come Dine With Me (Halv åtta hos mig): Cottage Edition
Our dinner was first. We didn't really have a specific theme, which I suppose we should have thought off :) We had a four course dinner, a variety of dishes from a bed of scallops and tiger prawns to tartar and lamp shanks. We arranged a cocktail competition and made a movie about their lives! Our opponents had a "Russian" theme where the champagne and vodka was flowing. Mr. N and I received surprise campaign to our room when we were getting ready and reading their menu. As we arrived for dinner, we were greeted with furry hats to suit their theme :) They had numerous dishes ( 6 I think) ranging from artichoke soup (heavenly) and blinis to arctic char and Pavlov for dessert. The even through in a live performance, to die for! heheh
