This healthy beetroot salad is not only delicious but it also contains a lot of vitamin C, iron and act as natural antioxidants.
Boil the beetroots and let them cool. Slice them onto a plate and add feta and pecan nuts on top. This works beautifully with Roquefort or goats cheese as well. Then add lots of black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil with basil leaves.
