Close to nature. Fossilized wood keeps appearing in interior magazines world wide and I finally decided to catch up with the world and get one too. I chose a fairly light coloured piece as it suits my interior better... I use it as a candle base or a sushi platter and love it's simplicity and granite-like appearance. I would love a larger one to use as a side table.
