Healthy Snack of the Day

Curd (maitorahka)  & Strawberries
Its super healthy- has lots of protein and little fat and tastes delicious! If its not sweet enough, you can add a little joghurt for flavour but I think its good as it is... espeically the valio maitorahka becuase of its smooth texture. 
Add any berries to it and even some nuts (toasted if wanted) to add extra vitamins. Healthy nuts have a lot of vitamin B which are necessary for metabolism and cell growth and are also good sources of heart healthy fats and antioxidants.
