I found this DIY star a bit too late, but I thought next year it would be cute to make a couple of these and hang them on some branches. I made white ones from plain paper, although origami paper would bend much better. These could look really elegant as ornaments on a Christmas tree or as decorations on presents. I followed the instructions from Annekata's blog here. All you need is square paper (x2), glue, scissors, pencil and string to hang them up.
