Fresh lily's & Natural yogurt


Good Morning Everyone!

Its the start of a sunny Friday- the weather is warm and lovely and my book and balcony are waiting for another sunbathing session :) I just put on some sunblock and had a healthy yogurt breakfast in the kitchen to the lingering aroma of fresh lily's. To the yogurt I add seed assortments, where these sunflower seeds are a great source of vitamin E, the body's main fat-soluble antioxidant. I also use a spoonful of linseed's that are high in omega-3 fatty acids. These are also great when cooking bread rolls. :) I added dried cranberry's/ banana to provide the natual yogurt a bit of sweetness.
